TRANSPORT & DELIVERY
Transport and delivery policy
Enquiries are welcome from across Canada. Transport arrangements are not considered confirmed until the route, timing, provider, handover details, costs, and applicable requirements have been agreed in writing.
Planning a safe handover
Travel options depend on the puppy’s age and readiness, origin and destination, route availability, weather, transport provider, and applicable animal-welfare and transport rules. Please contact us early so the practical details can be reviewed before any commitment.
Before a route is confirmed
- Confirm the puppy’s identity, current status, age, and readiness for travel.
- Agree the origin, destination, date range, handover point, and who will receive the puppy.
- Confirm the transport method and the identity and responsibilities of any provider.
- Get a written breakdown of any delivery fees and when they are payable.
- Discuss water, temperature, rest, handling, and other welfare considerations with the transport provider.
- Confirm which records and contact details will accompany the puppy.
Costs and delays
Transport charges, if any, are separate unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing. Routes and dates can change due to weather, provider availability, safety, or legal requirements. Do not assume delivery is available to every address or on a particular date until it is confirmed.
Canada-wide enquiries
“Canada-wide enquiries” describes the intended coverage for initial enquiries; it is not a promise that every location can be served. Cross-border travel is not included unless separately discussed and legally verified.
